I’m a Research leader who combines curiosity and creativity to create human-centered experiences for users. I specialize in complex applications, data intelligence tools, online communities/fandoms and digital supply chain products, but I love untangling research challenges regardless of industry!

Currently, I’m a Senior User Researcher for Warner Music Group, where I help build music intelligence and analytics solutions for global users. Prior to working in User Research, I employed qualitative and quantitative research skills to my roles across Social Insights, Product Marketing, and Analytics.
